This product is a liquid glitter formula, made for multi purpose. It can be applied on eyelids, cheek bones (for highlight) or even on lips to make your makeup routine a lot faster and easier. No need to blend or wait for glitter glue to dry! Just one swipe of the shadow provides ever-lasting pigmented colour that literally lasts for 12 hours. DIRECTIONS:
Step 1. Apply thin layer of Sparkle Shimmer Shadows on bare eyelid (please do not apply on any concealer or eyeshadow primer)
Step 2. Allow approximately 30 seconds for colour to set and intensify.
