Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for orders over $34.

Upon completing your order, you will recieve a confirmation email. Then within the next 1-2days you will recieve a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Typically orders take from 2-5 days to be delivered.

Shipping will take maximum 2 weeks to reach you. This rarely ever happens, and if it does Prieta will inform of your delay in shipping from beforehand. Shipping usually always takes less than a week to reach you if you are in Australia.

It is important for current customers to please allow some time for your packages to arrive due to Covid-19 postage delays. Sometimes shipping has taken up to 3+ weeks due to uncertain postage timings by the suppliers/Australia Post. lt is very important for customers to understand that this has been out of our control throughout all of 2020/2021. If this is of inconvenience to you, you can always send us an email. We will compensate where we can.

If you have chosen Standard Shipping, then this means that your order will arrive 3-7days after dispatchment.

If you have chosen Express Shipping, then this means that your order will arrive 1 day after dispatchment.

For international orders, a flat rate of $30 is charged. The same principals applies with international orders as domestic orders in terms of confirmation emails and shipping emails. International orders typically takes 2-3weeks to be delivered.

Prieta will not be responsible for any duties or taxes which may be applied by customs.

Prieta will not be responsible for any issues with Australia Post delays.

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
